Bollo nmp-mob HDHs-upgrade-1.0.8-20090810 Firmware Release Notes

1. 	modified the function of STOP and ROOT button on the upper cover plate; STOP button can be used as RETURN button in the Graphic User Interface. 	The ROOT button own STOP function when audio, video, picture is playing.

2. 	The music play interface is improved. APE/FLAC track name can be displayed. The language of track name must be same as the player language setting; otherwise, the track name can¡¯t be displayed correctly.

3. 	Added FLAC audio decode, using Page Down/Page Up key to jump tracks.

4. 	Optimized the performance of Page Down/Page Up keys when playing APE file.

5. 	Added ¡°repeat/repeat all¡± play mode in setting menu. 

6. 	Added BD ISO file support. The external subtitle file name must be same as the ISO file name. the extension of subtitle file must be ".srt"; ¡°.en.srt"; ".cht.srt" or ".chs.srt",etc.
	
7. 	Added video thumb index picture supporting, the file name of thumb picture must be ¡°thumb.jpg¡±, and 140x190 pixels sized. The thumb picture must be put in the video directory.

8. 	Deleted ¡°audio 5.1 and stereo¡± setting option in setting menu. 

9. 	Added BDMV directory play function, when you choose BDMV directory and press ¡°play¡± button, the player will directly play the largest file in the BDMV/STREAM directory. Press ¡°Enter¡± key still can enter the ¡°BDMV¡± directory.

10. 	Added USB 2.0/RJ45 wired 100M ethernet and Gigabit dongle support. Supported chip model include: moschip MCS7830 and ASIX AX88178/AX88772A; plugging your USB dongle before turn on the machine. After startup, the device name of USD dongle will appear in the network setup.

11. 	Added Samba network protocol support, temporarily, the network share access only support without username and password mode. The default username and password is: admin/admin.

12. 	After success upgrade, you have to manually reboot the player again. Because of setting menu modified, it couldn¡¯t successfully reboot automatically in this version.
